Adam Sharif is president, CEO and founder of Randolph Equity Partners, a real estate development and capital firm headquartered in Chicago with offices in Florida. Mr. Sharif’s proven leadership background as a banker and broker in the multifamily and commercial real estate industry enabled him to launch his company with an acquisition of a 517 unit waterfront rental community in North Bay Village, FL, a 348 unit rental community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, a 317 unit ground-up development in Turtle Creek area of Dallas and a major multimillion-dollar, 1,000+ townhouse development communities in Palm Beach County, Florida. Because of Mr. Sharif’s 25 plus-year background and stellar reputation in real estate and real estate finance, he is attracting investors and partners including the Cornerstone Group. Randolph Equity Partners will specialize in combining entrepreneurial vision with institutional resources and experience.  Mr. Sharif’s goal is to ensure the best and most innovative projects are developed and brought to market under Randolph Equity Partners.

 

Adam Sharif formerly served on the senior management committee of GMAC Commercial Mortgage (“GMACCM”) where he founded the Equity Transactions Group (“ETG”). He conceptualized and launched ETG to serve as the company’s acquisition and structured financing arm for select clients. Mr. Sharif recruited a team of investment bankers and acquisition strategists, and under his guidance, ETG closed over $1 Billion in transactions in less than five years. ETG has consistently been ranked as one of GMACCM’s most profitable groups and Mr. Sharif has been recognized as one of GMACCM’s top performers for four consecutive years. He was also honored with GMACCM’s “Hat Trick” award for three consecutive years indicating top ten performers in the company.

 

Mr. Sharif has worked in all facets of the real estate and finance industry and has implemented complex plans for his clients resulting in profitability in both strong and volatile markets.
